These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DID-ACTE, operated by Meyandy LLC.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service
DID-ACTE is an online IT certification preparation platform providing practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, analytics, and optional AI-assisted features for CompTIA certifications.
The service is designed as a training tool and does not administer or represent official CompTIA exams.
DID-ACTE is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA®.
2. Accounts & Access
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- • Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, or accessed by multiple users.
- • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
3. Plans & Features
Available plans include:
Free Trial
Limited access to practice questions and flashcards
Starter
One active certification, unlimited practice questions and flashcards, limited mock exams
PRO
Access to all certifications, unlimited practice, mock exams, and AI Coach features
Plan features and limits are described on our website and may evolve over time.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
- • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- • After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- • Except as described below, fees are non-refundable.
5. Pass Guarantee
DID-ACTE offers a limited refund guarantee subject to strict eligibility criteria, as described on the Eligibility page.
This guarantee applies only if:
- • all listed requirements are met,
- • the official exam is taken within the specified timeframe,
- • and valid proof is provided.
The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, incomplete preparation, or violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • copy, scrape, or export content in bulk
- • share or resell access credentials
- • attempt to bypass usage limits or safeguards
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse.
7. Disclaimer
DID-ACTE provides a preparation and training tool only.
We do not guarantee exam success, scores, certifications, or career outcomes. The service is provided as-is and as-available, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meyandy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DID-ACTE in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any legal action.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves.
Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
