DID-ACTE offers a limited refund guarantee subject to strict eligibility criteria, as described on the Eligibility page.
This guarantee applies only if:
The guarantee does not apply in cases of misuse, incomplete preparation, or violation of these Terms.

We do not guarantee exam success, scores, certifications, or career outcomes. The service is provided as-is and as-available, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meyandy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DID-ACTE in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any legal action.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves.
Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
